Cancellations Policy
Our goal is to provide quality services to all our customers in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, please text or call us at 951-734-9108
Cancellation Policy: We require a credit card to hold your appointment. Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24 HOURS will result in a non-refundable cancellation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file. A minimum of $100 booking fee (per service booked)
Please be awarer that NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE REGARDING THE NO SHOW/ CANCELLATION FEE. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Card.
Refund Policy
No refunds are made for products, service packages and pre-paid treatments once they are purchased. If for some reason you are not able to use an un-rendered, pre-paid service, credit for the pro-rated share of unused treatments at the discounted package price may be extended, and this may be used to purchase other treatments or products offered by Beautiful Cosmetics MD
Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products within 7 days of purchase.
